We accept most major insurances, but not any state insurance (Apple, Medicare, etc.). If you are unsure if we accept your insurance please call your insurance company to find out.

Our dental practice takes in-network and out-of-network insurance and we'll submit your claim with your insurance company to make payment as easy as possible. For major restorations(Crowns, Implants, etc.) or more involved cleanings(Scaling/Root Planing, Perio) we like to get a pre-determination from your insurance first so we won't schedule you until we hear from them. Please rememeber that the treatment plan that we generate in office is just an estimate and insurance is not guaranteed to pay and you as the patient will be responsible for any remaining balance. 

 If you do not have insurance and will be paying cash there is a 5% discount after your initial visit.

If your insurance changes please let us know so we can submit it to the right insurance to get payment. Not letting us know and having to refile will result in a $50 refile fee.
